About Reality Network
Meta Ledger • DAG Architecture • Leadership Team • Technical Foundation
Reality Network is a next-generation blockchain infrastructure that introduces the Meta Ledger, a DAG-based system that verifies data, logic, and execution across devices, systems, and time. Unlike traditional blockchains that only verify ledger entries, Reality extends verification to the entire digital universe.
Built by Rule 110, Inc., Reality Network empowers decentralized applications to crowdsource global computing power, enabling apps to run across chains without smart contracts, gas fees, or bridges.

Leadership Team

Wyatt L. Meldman-Floch
Creator of Reality Network & Author of 2MEME
Wyatt brings extensive experience from the blockchain industry, notably through his work with Constellation Network, where he contributed to the development of the Hypergraph—a DAG-based network that enables fast, zero-trust, and scalable solutions for enterprises and governmental bodies.
At Constellation, Wyatt worked on projects including collaborations with the United States Air Force to enhance big data cybersecurity. His deep understanding of DAG architecture and distributed systems laid the foundation for Reality Network's innovative approach.
The 2MEME whitepaper (August 2025) represents a breakthrough in consensus mechanisms: a reputation model for peer-to-peer systems that achieves ABFT without relying on pre-trusted peers. It's the evolution of earlier work (MEME/PRO) into a fully permissionless system.
With Reality Network, Wyatt addresses the fundamental challenge of making blockchain mining accessible to average consumers by removing barriers like expensive proof-of-work hardware or substantial proof-of-stake requirements.

Brian O'Beirne "Bob"
Chief Operating Officer
Bob serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Reality Network, bringing operational excellence and strategic leadership to the project. His expertise ensures the smooth execution of Reality's vision and the coordination of technical and business operations.
With a strong background in blockchain operations and organizational management, Bob plays a crucial role in scaling Reality Network's infrastructure and building partnerships across the decentralized ecosystem.
Technical Foundation
Multi-Layer Architecture
L1: Block creation with O(n) complexity, forming a Data Dependency Graph where blocks create a "triangulation of state"
L0: Snapshot validation with O(n) + O(log n) complexity, where active nodes perform consensus
LΩ: Meta-process running on all nodes, acting as block explorer and peer curator
Entropy-Based Rewards
Nodes are rewarded based on information gain (low entropy = consistent behavior). High-performing nodes earn disproportionate rewards, incentivizing quality over quantity. Monte Carlo simulations show top 20% of performers earn ~36% of rewards (Gini coefficient: 0.29).
Token Supply
Fixed supply of 1 billion $NET. 7% (70M $NET) allocated for node rewards over 2.5-year epochs. Rewards: 2 netoshi per L0 snapshot, 1 per L1 block. Estimated first-epoch issuance: ~28M $NET annually.
Reality Network is building infrastructure for the entire digital universe. Not just another blockchain, but a Meta Ledger that enables:
- • Cross-chain rApps that run across the internet without gas fees or bridges
- • Community-powered compute where any Mac, PC, or gaming rig becomes infrastructure
- • Universal Swaps creating markets that bridge-based systems can't serve
- • Consensus as a Service providing decentralized trust on demand
- • Democratic participation where stake doesn't equal voting power
The goal: Make blockchain mining accessible to everyone while creating genuinely useful infrastructure for Web3.
