Portal shows "Ready" but not earning?
Most likely your ports aren't forwarded correctly. Check router settings and verify with canseeyoume.org.
High CPU/memory usage?
Adjust resource allocation in Portal settings. Lower percentages if your computer feels sluggish.
Connection issues?
Check firewall settings on your computer. Portal needs network access. Also verify port forwarding is correct.
Node not visible to peers?
Port forwarding is the most common issue. Use canseeyoume.org to verify your ports are open.
Node stops running or not earning?
Check if your computer went to sleep. Nodes cannot run when the system is in sleep mode. Disable sleep mode in your system power settings (Windows: Settings → System → Power & Sleep; macOS: System Preferences → Energy Saver).
